They surely need more support from Salisbury people. Last season it wasn’t until they got to finals that people showed up shouting “Salisbury, Salisbury.” You know the old story..”Who will help me plant the corn..not I said the dog…Who will help me eat the cake…EVERYBODY!!!” Everybody wants to bask in the glory of being from Salisbury when they are doing well but nobody supports them or helps them. Not even with getting uniforms. An individual had to help them get their uniforms and the team had to struggle with getting money for registration and printing. You will notice most other teams have somebody’s or some company’s name in front of theirs….Example NBD X-Men, etc… but not Juggernauts. Sometimes they do not even want to be referred to as “Salisbury Juggernauts” because there is NO support from the village. No sponsors….No help!!! Where are the sponsors? Where are the political leaders from Salisbury? Where is the encouragement and support for these young men who are trying to use their talents and do something positive????? If each shop or whatever donates $100 or even $50, whatever they can, if the leaders took up the mantel and helped, be it the Parl Rep or other representatives, these boys would not have to struggle season after season. I am very disppointed in my community!!!!
