Wow! Is that lad who studied A-levels in Antigua 88-90? If so, were in the same classes. Quiet, soft spoken and kind. He was one of my friends at ASC. We did math, physics and chemistry. I’m terribly sorry to hear of his passing.

It takes stamina to run a race. Good exercise too which keeps you fit. :)
Congratulations to the young and older ones who participated in the race in honor of a loved one and those who won a prize.

To summarize it: Emmanuel Andrew (my uncle) was a mild mannered and humble young man from Marigot. The son of the late Nicholas Andrew and wife Martha Andrew (alive). Emmanuel was an athlete, specifically a long distance runner in Marigot and around the island. He was killed when he was struck by a truck in Marigot; he died of his injuries.

yrs. ago, this seems like news to me, I’ve been frequenting the Marigot community and have worked in the area for quite a while and cant remember of this incident. Could someone please tell me , who was “Emanuel Andrew’ and who was his family?
On another note congrats to those individuals who took part in the event and I’m looking forward, for a bigger event next year.
