The 2011 Secondary Schools Table Tennis Championships will be held over a two-day period on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th February from 2:30 pm daily at the St. Gerard’s Hall in Roseau.

Seven schools will participate in this year’s championships. They are: Dominica Grammar School, Convent High School, North East Comprehensive School, Dominica State College, Portsmouth Secondary School, Isaiah Thomas Secondary School and the Pierre Charles Secondary School.

An opening ceremony will start off the proceedings on Tuesday 8th February at 2:30 pm. Competition will be done on a team and individual basis.

In 2010, the Portsmouth Secondary School won both boys and girls team events in the U-14, U-16, and U-20 categories. This means that they won all the team events.

Dayne Taylor of the Dominica State College and Kerris Albert of the Portsmouth Secondary School were the male and female open singles champions.
