Much respect to Dr. Beckels, well deserved, keep the fire burning.
If Clinton can get awarded by this group representative of ‘Black’ people after he set the stage then apologized for the incarceration of massive amounts of Black men, which has caused so much grief to black families, without openning up access to financing, homeownership and affordable housing for those families that lost their MEN to his massive incarceration using privatized prisons; Then I want mine pal. A prestigious group, but a joke dat Al.

Just want to congratulate Professor Hilary Beckles for this most prestigious award. May you continue to inspire and uplift humanity especially the poor, down-trodden and the black world community.

Far too often the hard and tireless work of too many goes unnoticed and unrewarded. Glad to know that you are getting your well deserved accolades while you are still above ground.
