Commencing March 2021, CREAD will feature one member of its team responding to five rapid fire questions in five minutes about their role, responsibilities and successes thus far.
The series kicks off with CREAD’s recently appointed CEO, Francine Baron, as she speaks about CREAD leading Dominica’s resilience journey.
She outlines the three main ways in which CREAD is contributing to making Dominica the first climate-resilient country in the world.
how do you plan on building strong communities? with the creation of umbrella organizations superseding government agencies which weakens the authority of those government agencies. how does this make for strong institutions? how is it that francine baron, who is a lawyer is able to replace an environmental scientist? square peg in round hole, typical kleptocratic rule, jobs for the clans men!
I thought MMC and the Chinese were involved in Skerrit resilience strategy. You would do better to tell us how much money CREAD has been able to secure from donors who pledged support to Dominica following hurricane Maria.
Your record as minister of foreign affairs should be a red flag to Dominicans in an important position as this.
Skerrit boast off CREAD to much then he urging donors to honor their pledges. You think I forget!!!!!
Putting a tired, wasted, predictable minister in this position…… Skerrit is really nailing it on dat EU blacklist!
Dat looks like a new CREAD to be run through Skerrit office with CBI funds…… and fool his laborites…..not me.
I mean where is de genius in dat idea?…..alas boy Skerrit. De obvious is right in our face!
You people write the same way you speak. Is it tree ways or three ways?
ADMIN: That was a typo the line has been corrected.
so what the insult id for,,,,, so errors don’t happen? is the whole article written the way they speak? stupes tan
