A new tropical storm formed over the Atlantic Ocean Tuesday morning, according to the National Hurricane Center.
The storm is named Jose and is the 10th named storm during the 2017 season.
Jose is packing winds of 40 mph and is moving west-northwest at 13 mph.
The system was located about 1,505 miles east of the Lesser Antilles.

No one seems to be enjoying the hurricane coverage more than Skerrit, because all attention is on the storm instead of the inability of his government to move the country forward. He must be asking for more storms so he could hide a little more.
