Tropical wave to move across Dominica late Wednesday

weather_Weak unstable conditions due to the presence of an upper level trough are expected to result in occasional cloudiness and a few scattered showers across parts of the island chain during the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, a tropical wave is expected to produce an increase in cloudiness, showers and possible isolated thunderstorms across the area by late Wednesday into Thursday.

Persons in areas prone to flooding, landslides and falling rocks are advised to be vigilant and to exercise caution.

Moderate sea conditions are expected during the next 24 to 48 hours with waves peaking near 7.0 feet.
