This best value offer is being launched as the Haitian community in Dominica get set to celebrate Haitian Flag Day on May 18th 2015 and takes effect today, May 1st. All Digicel customers calling Haiti will enjoy this new rate change from $1.30 to $0.85 vat exclusive and charged per minute.<\/p>\n
