Samuel by stating, \u201cI will kill you and I must catch your @##&amp;ing\u00a0 jeep on fire,\u201d on July 24 at shop of Rosema George.<\/p>\n<p>He also pleaded guilty to saying \u00a0\u201cyou are a @##^&amp; \u00a0dog\u201d to the officer, as well as all the other charges.<\/p>\n<p>According to the facts of the case presented by the police prosecutor, on July 2, 2010 at about 10:30 a.m. the inspector was on duty in Grand Fond dressed in plain clothes in the shop when the defendant walked in and began quarreling, making unnecessary noise, and using \u00a0indecent language.<\/p>\n<p>Officer Samuel approached and warned him to stop his obscene behaviour, and he responded \u201cyour mother $^*&amp;.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When informed that he was going to be charged, Pascal threatened the officer and insulted him.<\/p>\n<p>In mitigation, the defendant told the court, \u201cI had a little to drink. I dint have no problem with him &#8230;I had a problem with a feller outside&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate Lewis then asked,\u201d You really wanted to burn his jeep?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pascal replied, \u201cNo. I just say that with my mouth &#8230; I was under a little rum&#8230;.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He was fined $400 for disorderly conduct to be paid by September 30 or he will spend three months in prison.<\/p>\n<p>Pascal was also bound to keep the peace for the threats conviction. The conditions of the sentence are that he is not commit an offense for an entire year or he will be fined $1,000 or spend six months in prison.<\/p>\n<p>He was reprimanded on the insultive language conviction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"James Pascal of Grand Fond has been sentenced for threats, disorderly conduct, insultive language, and indecent language against a police officer.
