\u201cBlessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.\u201d<\/em> –Psalm 33:12<\/strong><\/p>\n

Saints of God, God has given us power and authority and with God all things are possible.\u00a0 It is time for change to take place for the better and we the people of God can make a difference, not only by praying and fasting but by living in accordance with the Word of God.\u00a0 We are the ones whose prayers avail much and make a difference. \u201cIf my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land\u201d (2 Chronicles 7:14). The healing we need in our land depends on our prayers. God is depending on us, His people, to humble ourselves and pray, seek His face, and turn from our wicked ways, so that He can heal our land.<\/p>\n

Thank God for the people who have answered the call to really intercede on behalf of our territory.\u00a0 But if we truly want to see positive changes in our territory the answer is consistent and fervent warfare prayer and fasting.\u00a0 Our fight is not with people.\u00a0 \u201cFor we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotism, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.\u201d\u00a0 Ephesians 6:12<\/p>\n

Sometimes you ask someone if they are a Christian and they tell you they go to church, they do this and that in the church, they take Holy Communion but they cannot say they are Born-again.\u00a0 It\u2019s one thing to be religious and it\u2019s another thing to have a relationship with God.\u00a0 God is looking for a people who have put their hands to the plough and are determined not to look back.\u00a0 \u201cNot every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.\u201d St. Matthew 7:21\u00a0 Have you answered the call?<\/p>\n

God help us in the body of Christ to realize that time is short. Many times when the enemy is busy planning his strategies of destruction, many Christians cannot see it in the Spirit or hear the warning from God to pray because they\u2019re busy fighting against each other.\u00a0 In some churches there\u2019s no unity because some of the members are not talking to each other and refusing to forgive each other, hindering the prayers from being answered. Some pastors are not talking to the members and vice versa. Lord have mercy on us and help us to wake up. Our prayers can make a difference. There are enough of us in each territory to turn that territory around for God. If each of us will do what God has called us to do, many lives will be won and transformed for the kingdom of God.\u00a0 This is no time to play church.\u00a0 We cannot afford to tell others to live for the Lord if we are not doing so ourselves.<\/p>\n

Do not allow material things to separate you from the Lord.\u00a0 For when we leave this world we will take nothing with us.\u00a0 Do not allow unforgiveness, bitterness and deceit to keep you out of heaven.\u00a0 \u201cAnd as it is appointed unto men once<\/strong> to die<\/strong>, but after this the judgment.\u201d\u00a0 Hebrews 9:27\u00a0 Have you forgotten God?\u00a0 People of the Virgin Islands let us all take heed from the prophet Amos and \u201cPrepare to meet our God\u201d\u00a0 Amos 12:4b<\/p>\n

We were created to love and serve God. \u201cThou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me\u201d (Exodus 20:5). \u201cWherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry\u201d (1 Corinthians 10:14).<\/p>\n

The question to you today is, \u201dWho are you serving?\u201d If you\u2019re not serving the true and living God, I admonish you today to repent and ask Jesus Christ to be your Saviour and Lord. For Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life. Do not be deceived. Mohamed cannot save you; Haile Salassi cannot save you; Buddha cannot save you. Satanists, witches, warlocks, witch doctors, Satan cannot save you. He can only kill, steal, and destroy. The only way to God is through Jesus Christ His Son. \u201cJesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me\u201d (John 14:6). Jesus Christ can give you life today.<\/p>\n

If you have backslidden, I encourage you today to come back to Him. Jesus Christ loves you, and He cares. It doesn\u2019t matter what people think or what people say about you, it\u2019s what Jesus says that matters. He says that if you come unto Him, He will not cast you out. \u201cCome now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool\u201d (Isaiah 1:18).<\/p>\n

Only by the mercies of God are we alive today. For God has brought us all as a people and a territory a mighty long way. He has blessed us and He has kept us. Saints of God we must step up our fasting and praying.\u00a0 We must make a conscious effort to talk less and pray more.\u00a0 \u201cDeath<\/strong> and life<\/strong> are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.\u201d\u00a0 Proverbs 18:21<\/p>\n

Saints of God, pray for your nation, your people, and your family.
