The news from the media at times is so bad
\nThat many hearts are discouraged and sad
\nBut they that hope in the Lord fervently pray and stand
\nLord heal our land.<\/p>\n

Lord help us to understand
\nThat the future of our territory is in Your hands
\nHelp us as your children in the gap to stand
\nLord heal our land.<\/p>\n

Let us humble ourselves and pray
\nAnd from all wicked ways turn away
\nThat we might hear from heaven today
\nLord heal our land.<\/p>\n

God promised us that if we repent
\nAnd not our just our garments but hearts rend
\nHe would indeed forgive our sins
\nLord heal our land.<\/p>\n

Our forefathers have prayed for this day
\nThat God would make for us a way
\nGod has brought us thus far but we
\nCannot forget to pray
\nLord heal our land.<\/p>\n

Let us as God\u2019s people band
\nAnd together for Jesus Christ stand
\nThat we would be delivered from the enemy\u2019s hand
\nLord heal our land.<\/p>\n

So on this day in humility and from a broken heart we pray
\nLord have mercy on us and deliver us today
\nThat our territory would truly be a land of the free
\nAnd all people would walk in Your liberty
\nDear Lord please heal our land.<\/p>\n
