“For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?\u00a0 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?\u201d \u2013 1 Peter 4: 17-18<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

God is such a merciful God that He always gives warning before He brings judgment.\u00a0 The judgment of God is in this land and the church is not exempt as 1 Peter 4: 17-18 clearly states \u201cFor the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?<\/p>\n

And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?\u00a0 The message Bible puts it this way \u201cIt\u2019s judgment time for God\u2019s own family. We\u2019re first in line. If it starts with us, think what it\u2019s going to be like for those who refuse God\u2019s Message!\u00a0 If good people barely make it, What\u2019s in store for the bad?\u00a0 So if you find life difficult because you\u2019re doing what God said, take it in stride. Trust him. He knows what he\u2019s doing, and he\u2019ll keep on doing it.\u201d\u00a0 The church referred to is not a particular church but the Body of Christ.<\/p>\n

God is looking for a people.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A people who will pray
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A people who will be obedient
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A people who will not compromise
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A people who will live godly no matter what
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A people who are loving
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A people who are forgiving
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A people who are filled with compassion<\/p>\n

For judgment has begun this land and there is more to come.\u00a0 Escape the coming judgment!<\/p>\n

The word judgment in the Greek \u2013 kree\u2019-mah meaning a decision (the function or the effect, for or against [\u201ccrime\u201d]): \u2013 avenge, condemned, condemnation, damnation, + go to law, judgment.\u00a0 The Greek word for house is oy\u2019-kos by implication a family (more or less related, literally or figuratively): \u2013 home, house (-hold), temple.<\/p>\n

The church in the book of Acts had all things in common.\u00a0 In the body of Christ today there is so much division, so much confusion, so much competition and so much strife, so much struggle for power and control of people and things, so much manipulation and intimidation.\u00a0 Sometimes you have to rely on the spirit of God to tell you who is who.\u00a0 Sometimes you have to be careful what you share, when you share it and who you share it with.<\/p>\n

God is saying that we can no longer afford to live double standards and double lives, playing church.\u00a0 Some Christians live multiple lives according to where they are and who they are around:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0They have a church life
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A home life
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A work life<\/p>\n

You see them in church and it\u2019s a show.\u00a0 You know the usual, \u201cHi Sister, Hi Brother, How are you today?\u201d \u2013 a fake display of love \u2013 kind of like it is the thing to do.\u00a0 Put a hidden camera in their homes or on their jobs and you wonder if that is the same sister or brother that you know.\u00a0 Displays of anger, unforgiveness, abuse, hiding to buy lottery tickets, controlling, manipulating, not talking to people, downright unholy actions and attitudes but then Sunday morning rolls around again and its \u201cOh sister God is so good.\u201d<\/p>\n

God is calling all pretenders to change habits, change actions, change conversations, change attitudes.\u00a0 If we name the name of Christ and live like that we become stumbling blocks in the way of those who have a desire to serve the Lord.\u00a0 \u201c\u2026but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother\u2019s way.\u201d\u00a0 Romans 13:14b.<\/p>\n

But God knows and hears and sees all things.\u00a0 God is not fooled.\u00a0 He knows our hearts and all our works will be judged.\u00a0 \u201cFor God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.\u201d\u00a0 Ecclesiastes 12:14<\/p>\n

Exposure is coming in the church and in this land \u2013 from the pulpit to the pew.\u00a0 All that was and is done is darkness will come to light.\u00a0 In Hebrews 2:3 it states \u201cHow shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Church how can we escape?\u00a0 How can we escape?\u00a0 How can we escape?<\/p>\n

I cried out to God.\u00a0 God have mercy on us.\u00a0 In my spirit I could hear there is:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Unforgiveness in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Jealousy and envy in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Selfishness in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Pride in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Bitterness in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Sexual sins in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Gossip and slander
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Homosexuality in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Legalism and religion in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Slumber and compromise in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Jezebels and Delilahs in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Witches and Vodoo in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Adulterers and fornicators, in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Domestic violence and abuse in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Sorcery and divination in the church
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Control and manipulation in the church<\/p>\n

But we have people like that in the church \u2013 a smile to your face and a knife to your back.\u00a0 God is not pleased.\u00a0 God is saying to us as a Body today to REPENT!<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re hopeless, you religion scholars and Pharisees! Frauds! You\u2019re like manicured grave plots, grass clipped and the flowers bright, but six feet down it\u2019s all rotting bones and worm-eaten flesh. People look at you and think you\u2019re saints, but beneath the skin you\u2019re total frauds.\u201d\u00a0 St. Matthew 23:27-28<\/p>\n

It is one thing to talk about what the sinner man is doing but if the Body of Christ who should be standing in the gap for this land are not in right standing with God how then can we pray for the land?<\/p>\n
