A high pressure system is expected to remain the dominant feature across the area over the next 24 to 48 hours. Occasional cloudiness with a few brief showers can be expected across the island chain during the period.<\/p>\n

Thereafter, by late Wednesday into Thursday, a tropical wave is expected to produce scattered showers across the island chain.<\/p>\n

Moderate seas are expected during the next 12 to 24 hours with waves peaking near 8.0 feet.
