On December 24, 2010, staff of the Grand Bay health center gave Philomen Williams and her husband a food and toiletries hamper\/basket.<\/p>\n

Mrs. William is an\u00a0 elderly lady who lives alone with her husband in a old wooden structure in Highland.\u00a0 Although elderly and poor, their surrounding is clean and filled with beautiful flowers.\u00a0 Having suffered a stroke recently Mrs. Williams can hardly speak, but on receiving her gift basket her eyes lit up and she clearly mumbled the words ‘thank you’.<\/p>\n
