She continues to work hard to earn her place and title as she delivers more positive, spiritual and conscious lyrics that address\u00a0sensitive and timeless issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span>“Eat Clean Live Clean”, her latest single, speaks to the issue of how we eat and live .\u00a0<\/span>AbiYah<\/strong>, who follows a\u00a0Kosher diet, believes that there are certain foods which contaminate the body\u00a0 thus causing a spiritual block or what she describes as calcification of the Pineal gland. <\/span><\/p>\n

She believes that this gland is the seat of the soul through which the creator provides a way to the spiritual realm. <\/span><\/p>\n

Through eating\u00a0unclean foods like<\/span>\u00a0“pork”, “blood puddings”\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0“shellfish”\u00a0in addition to indulging\u00a0in\u00a0pagan, religious practices,\u00a0AbiYah says\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0that “the gland or the eye\u00a0becomes blocked and the connection we have witnessed in the ancient times\u00a0between man and his creator diminishes or disappears.<\/p>\n

Also a body that is contaminated by unclean food will eventually manifest \u00a0various mental and physical illnesses.So we need to “Eat clean and Live Clean<\/strong>”<\/p>\n
