The Convent Preparatory School is set to host its \u2018Jazz n Tea\u2019 event this year.<\/p>\n

The event is being hosted by the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the school and forms part of the 12th Annual Jazz n Creole fringe event carded for Friday, April 28, on the Convent Preparatory school grounds from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Teacher at the Convent Preparatory School, Miss Lenore Zamore who was addressing a press conference held recently said the event is one for children of all ages.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will be having non-stop fun at our \u2018Jazz n Tea\u2019 tea party,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cIt is not the first time we are having this event\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Miss Zamore explained that in the recent past, the event was paused due to Covid-19.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow we are back bigger and better,\u201d she stated. \u201cWith all events, you have to learn and grow and we have done that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The dress code is jazzy, sassy, and classy.<\/p>\n

Entertainment will come from Colton T, Li-Li Octave, Unstoppable Dj\u2019s Reigning Calypso Monarch Trilla-G, and Miracle J- The Illusionist.<\/p>\n

Also Balloon fun from \u2018Da Balloon Artist\u2019.<\/p>\n

Tickets cost $20 for children, $10 for children under 5 years, and $25 for adults.<\/p>\n

Tickets can be purchased at the school\u2019s office, from PTA members, and from other Catholic schools in Roseau.<\/p>\n
