Managing Director of A.C. Shillingford & Co. Ltd Julius Timothy is now undergoing medical attention in the neighboring island of Trinidad and Tobago after having a serious heart attack.<\/p>\n

Timothy, who was recovering from eye surgery, complained of feeling ill earlier this month and was brought to the Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH), where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).<\/p>\n

A family member of the former politician verified to Dominica News Online (DNO) earlier today that his status has not changed since he was flown out on April 11.<\/p>\n

This isn’t his first run-in with health issues. The businessman who was Dominica’s then-Health Minister suffered a stroke in May 2013 and was later airlifted to Martinique by air ambulance for medical treatment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Managing Director of A.C.
