I feel led today to encourage college students. Being a graduate myself, I know that pursuing a degree is quite a challenge. As I look back at the many tests, quizzes, term papers, late nights, and fatigue, all I can say is thank God for Jesus! I finished my degree in constant pain after having major surgery.<\/p>\n

If God helped me through, He can do the same for you.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the will of God that you prosper, and if God opened the door for you to get a college education, know that He is more than able to see you through. God will strengthen you in times when you feel weak; His Word will encourage you when you feel like just giving up. Quitting is not a choice here. You must persevere regardless of how tough it gets. I know it\u2019s not easy at times and especially as finals approach \u2013 the pressure and the stress and the deadlines \u2013 but God is faithful.<\/p>\n

Draw your strength from the Lord. God wants you to succeed. God has great plans for you. He wants to prosper you.<\/p>\n

You must believe that with God all things are possible. You must believe that it\u2019s the will of God that you be successful. You must find time to pray and really commune with God in the midst of your hectic schedule. You see, God gives divine directions, and the only way you\u2019ll know what He\u2019s saying is by spending time in His presence. You cannot make it on your own. You cannot afford to pursue this goal in your own strength. You need the Lord every step of the way.<\/p>\n

Without God you can do nothing.\u00a0 God wants you to succeed. The challenges before you may be many, but know that if you trust God and ask for His divine wisdom and seek to be led by His Holy Spirit, you\u2019ll come through with excellence.<\/p>\n

Maybe you\u2019re failing a course or not doing as well as you hoped. This is an opportunity to believe God for excellence on your final exam or final papers. I have seen God do so many miraculous things! I am encouraging you to trust God because I know what God can do. The things He did for me, He can do for you also.<\/p>\n

Take one step at a time and one day at a time. Draw your strength from the Lord and keep in tune with the Lord. I know that maybe you\u2019re not able to spend the quantity time with the Lord that you\u2019d like, but it\u2019s quality time that counts. God is so good that you don\u2019t have to be on your knees or alone to talk to Him. You can talk to Him anywhere, anytime during the day and night.<\/p>\n

If you feel frustrated and tired, take a break and really talk to God about it. Allow God to renew your strength and to give you the peace that you need. It\u2019s not the will of God for you to fail. He wants you to prosper and to come forth with excellence. You\u2019re His child and He wants the best for you.<\/p>\n

You may not know where your tuition is coming from for your next semester, and that\u2019s weighing heavily on your mind. Know today that God is your Jehovah Jireh. He will make a way for you. Trust Him to bring in the finances that you need. When humanly speaking there is nothing you can do and you cannot see the answers, it becomes your impossibility and God\u2019s opportunity.<\/p>\n

Be encouraged today, students. God has made a way for you. Nothing good comes easy and challenges always come before victory. Don\u2019t give up and don\u2019t give in; God is on your side. God will see you through. You may be trying to pursue your degree in the midst of balancing your family and church life. God is faithful. Some of you may have a supportive husband or wife and children or family and friends. Others of you don\u2019t, and that increases the pressure.<\/p>\n

Know that if God is for you, no one can be against you. You may be a single parent, trying to pursue your degree to get a better job or a promotion to make life better for your family. God is with you, don\u2019t give up now. Once your children are properly supervised, it\u2019s worth the sacrifice. Maybe you\u2019re a student in your forty or fifties or sixties and you\u2019re wondering at this point whether or not you should continue \u2013 after all most of your fellow students are half your age. Age does not matter. You have the mind of Christ. Go for it! God will see you through.<\/p>\n

God is faithful and He says that whatever you put your hands to will prosper. Take time out and ask God to fill you with His divine wisdom and to bring to your remembrance the things that you study. If you\u2019re working on research papers, pray over your drafts, bring the topics before the Lord and ask Him to direct you to the material that you need. God says to acknowledge Him in all our ways. Sometimes we think certain things are too simple to pray about, but \u201call our ways\u201d means all our ways!<\/p>\n

If the Lord leads you to anoint your hands with oil, do so. Be obedient. Lift your hands to the Lord and remind God what He says in His word about the prosperity of your hands. Clothe yourself in the armour of the Lord. When you pray, bind negative words spoken against you and your pursuit of your degree. Not everyone will celebrate your victory.<\/p>\n

Search out scriptures about success and prosperity, and say them daily. Mean them and believe them. Get the Word of God into your spirit. If you believe you\u2019ll fail, you\u2019re already defeated. You must do your best and believe God down to the very end.<\/p>\n

Pray before you begin every exam. Ask God to help you come through with excellence. Ask God to bring back to your remembrance all that you have studied. When you meet something you don\u2019t think you know, consult the Holy Spirit; ask Him how to answer and what to write or which one to circle. God is faithful. God is more than able. Trust God now, more than you have ever trusted God before.<\/p>\n

Hope in the Lord, college students. God wants you to succeed and we want you to succeed also. Remember it\u2019s God\u2019s will that you succeed. God bless you in your endeavors!<\/p>\n

Meditate on the following scriptures. Say them aloud until you get them into your spirit.<\/p>\n

\u201cGod wish above all things that _____________ mayest prosper and be in health, even as _____________ soul prospereth\u201d (3 John 1:2).<\/p>\n

\u201cNow unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that __________ ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us\u201d (Ephesians 3:20).<\/p>\n

\u201cBut my God shall supply all my need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus\u201d (Philippians 4:19).<\/p>\n

.\u201d..with men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible\u201d (Mark 10:27).<\/p>\n
