We believe that sports play an important role in keeping our minds and bodies healthy, and we want to encourage our membership and our community to be more active and engaged.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the day, the club anticipates that they will showcase the work of WaiTuFit while also advocating for health-conscious living, and keeping active while also making health-focused lifestyle changes.<\/p>\n<p>According to Club PRO Rhonisha Abraham \u201cWaitufit360 as a group continues the journey to 360 health and is inviting the entire community of fellow health and sports enthusiasts\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Together we are embracing the challenge of encouraging appreciation of self, and dedication to health.<\/p>\n<p>For additional information, or to register your team, family, or organisation please contact Kimara Matthew at (767)317-7171<\/p>\n<p><em>About Wai-Tu-Fit 360 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Wai-Tu-Fit 360, officially launched on 19 March 2022, as a membership-based organization with a health and wellness platform. The Club and its members advocate for mind, body, and soul wellness using a very visual platform to fight against Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes as these core morbidities have been significantly affecting the wider community of Dominica.
