Acting Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Hon. Dr. Irving McIntyre, warmly welcomed His Excellency Roger F. Nyhus, the newly appointed Ambassador of the United States of America to Dominica.<\/p>\n

Prior to this, Ambassador Nyhus had presented his credentials to the President of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Her Excellency Sylvanie Burton. During the ceremony, he pledged to uphold a strong partnership between the two nations, rooted in shared values and a mutual commitment to tackling common challenges.<\/p>\n

Ambassador Nyhus emphasized the enduring collaboration between the United States and Dominica, highlighting it as a testament to the strength of mutual understanding and friendship that exists between the two countries.<\/p>\n

Dr. McIntyre, on behalf of Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit, extended well wishes for a successful tour of duty to the new ambassador. He also expressed Dominica\u2019s eagerness to continue its collaborative efforts with the United States in order to further its development agenda.<\/p>\n
