The National Cooperative Credit Union Ltd (NCCU) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the former First Domestic Insurance Company building on King George V Street on Thursday, February 29th, 2024.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0acquisition\u00a0aligns\u00a0seamlessly\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0institution’s\u00a0strategic\u00a0growth\u00a0plan\u00a0to\u00a0increase\u00a0and\u00a0diversify\u00a0the\u00a0income\u00a0stream,\u00a0a\u00a0major\u00a0and\u00a0immediate\u00a0advantage\u00a0at\u00a0this\u00a0time.<\/p>\n

The newly acquired property’s long-term plans will see NCCU members benefiting from the launching of a Corporate Branch to serve the business arm of the membership. This new branch will address the many issues of convenience raised by corporate members over the years.<\/p>\n

In existence as the NCCU for thirteen (13) years, the Credit Union is the largest in the OECS with a membership of over 52,000. The NCCU last year revealed its new look and tagline undertaking a major rebranding project that saw the move from the known tagline of “One Big Family” to “Your Community Financial Partner”.
