Following an attack on Iran’s consulate in Damascus which has been attributed to Israel, Iran launched its own attack on Israel with waves of missile and drone strikes overnight into Sunday.<\/p>\n

This attack marks a new chapter of tension and uncertainty following the Israel-Hamas conflict which had already served to further deteriorate relations between Iran and Israel.<\/p>\n

Amidst pleas from its allies to step back from the brink of open warfare in favour of de-escalation, the future of this conflict remains unsettling unclear.<\/p>\n
