The public will soon be introduced to a communication initiative by the Social Services branch of the\u00a0 Ministry of Health, Wellness, and Social Services in conjunction with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).<\/p>\n
A statement from the Department outlined the aim of the initiative as raising awareness about the programs and services offered, and dispelling stereotypes and negative perceptions commonly linked to “Welfare.”<\/p>\n
Ultimately, the objective is to improve public understanding and attitudes towards the Department’s efforts.<\/p>\n
The official launch ceremony for the campaign is scheduled to take place on June 13, 2024, at the Department of Social
