People in areas prone to flooding, landslides and falling rocks are advised to be on alert and to exercise caution.<\/p>\n Slight to moderate seas can be expected in open water, with waves expected to peak near 8 feet. Winds and seas could increase in and near showers and thunderstorms. A small craft advisory is now in effect for above normal seas.
