Gretta Roberts<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dominica will observe two days of national prayer this weekend according to Minister for Culture, Youth, Sports and Community Development Gretta Roberts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The minister appealed to the general public to participate in the two days of prayer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe Independence Season is fast approaching and as customary we always begin with prayer to the Almighty Father for the countless blessings that He has bestowed on our beautiful nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She continued, \u201cIt is with this in mind that we are pleased to announce that this Saturday and Sunday, the 21 and 22, of September as the national days of prayer and thanksgiving.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roberts also solicited the kind cooperation of all church leaders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dominicans are encouraged to dress in national wear on their day of worship.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Dominica will observe two days of national prayer this weekend according to Minister for Culture, Youth, Sports and Community Development Gretta Roberts.
