Finch was 66 years old.<\/p>\n<p>The court heard that Jnobaptiste was in a cannabis-induced psychotic state at the time of the killing.<\/p>\n<p>The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility after initially facing murder charges for the October 2021 killing in Finch\u2019s Piccadilly home.<\/p>\n<p>The court ordered a possible review of the sentence after 25 years and directed that the 1,270 days Jnobaptiste spent on remand be deducted from her prison term.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Tunde Bakre acknowledged her mental health struggles but highlighted the severity of the crime.
