Police officer Direl Etienne of Point Carib was arrested and charged with the possession of 1100 grams of cocaine and possession with intent to supply.<\/p>\n

According to police sources, he appeared before a Roseau Magistrate\u2019s court today where the charges were read to him.<\/p>\n

Etienne pleaded not guilty to both charges.<\/p>\n

Prosecution had no objection to bail. Therefore, he was granted bail in the sum of $30,000 with his father as surety.<\/p>\n

According to previous police reports, the cocaine was discovered at the home of the accused during a drug operation on Friday, June\u00a0 20, 2025.<\/p>\n
