Valcina Candy Stoute of San Sauveur has come up with an initiative to rekindle the spirit of sisterhood among women, a virtual Women\u2019s Gathering scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025. The two-hour event, co-hosted with her sister buddy Michelle Ponce from Arizona, is designed to foster connection, trust, and healing among women across the globe.<\/p>\n

The gathering, themed \u201cHeal the Sister Wound and Release Your Authentic Voice,\u201d is the culmination of Valcina\u2019s recent completion of a facilitator\u2019s training program with Sistership Circle. Inspired by her own journey through burnout and the transformative support she received, Valcina is now creating a space for other women to experience similar healing and empowerment.<\/p>\n

The virtual circle will encourage women to share their stories, express their emotions, and support one another in a non-judgmental environment. Valcina emphasizes that the event is a response to the growing sense of competition and comparison among women, which she believes has eroded the traditional bonds of female solidarity.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the years, we\u2019ve seen a depletion of closeness among women,\u201d Valcina shared. \u201cThis gathering is about returning to our tribal nature\u2014uplifting, encouraging, and collaborating with one another.\u201d<\/p>\n

The concept of the \u201csister wound\u201d refers to the emotional and psychological scars caused by rivalry, jealousy, and gossip among women. Through open dialogue and shared experiences, the gathering aims to dismantle these patterns and replace them with mutual respect and support.<\/p>\n

According to Valcina, whether you’re feeling stuck, seeking accountability, or simply longing for a kind word, this gathering offers a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with your authentic self and with other women.<\/p>\n

\u201cDeep down, women want that space where they can be open,\u201d she said. \u201cThis is our chance to create it together.\u201d<\/p>\n
