During a search of his residence in Jimmit, authorities say they recovered three replica firearms that closely resemble real guns.<\/p>\n<p>Following the arrest, Mr. Jolly was taken to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for questioning and was subsequently released on Thursday, August 28, 2025, as investigations into the incident continue.<\/p>\n<p>The Dominica Police Force reaffirmed its &#8220;commitment to upholding the rule of law and ensuring the safety, security, and peace of the Commonwealth of Dominica.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Dominica Police Force announced that on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, law enforcement officers carried out an operation resulting in the apprehension of Paul Albert Jolly.
