He served as Parliamentary Representative for the Roseau North Constituency 1995 to 2014. Minister of Finance Industry and Planning in the United Workers Party (UWP) led administration 1995 to 2000. He joined the Dominica Labour Party in 2005 and was appointed as a Minister of government in the Roosevelt Skerrit led<br \/>\nadministration until 2014.<\/p>\n<p>He also served as President of the Dominica Association of Industry and Commerce (DAIC) and on a number of statutory boards and committees including the Credit Union Movement in Dominica.
