Photo: OPM Dominica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit recently engaged with a technical team from China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), who are presently in Dominica for preliminary evaluations related to the upcoming Northern Road Improvement Project. The OPM&#8217;s Facebook outlined that this meeting took place as part of the preparations for a significant infrastructure upgrade aimed at enhancing the road network along the Portsmouth to Hatton Garden corridor.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which is being financed by the Government of the People&#8217;s Republic of China, encompasses extensive road rehabilitation works. Chu Maoming, alongside representatives from the Chinese construction firm. Together, they walked along various sections of the northern route, allowing the team to conduct their initial assessments of the site in preparation for the upcoming development
