A low-level trough is expected to result in mostly cloudy skies, with scattered showers during the morning. \u00a0A gradual reduction in shower activity is anticipated during the afternoon. People in areas prone to landslides and falling rocks are advised to be on alert and to exercise caution.<\/p>\n

Seas are expected to be moderate today, with wave heights near 5 feet together with northerly swells along the west coast, and near 8 feet along the east coast. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect mainly for the eastern coast, while a High Surf Advisory is in effect along the western and northern coasts. Small-craft operators and sea bathers are urged to exercise caution. Conditions along the west coast are expected to begin improving tonight.<\/p>\n
