The article attracted a serious allegation concerning Joshua Francis, someone commented, that Joshua Francis is a self confessed Pedophile.<\/p>\n<p>We have since conducted a thorough investigation and have found this statement to be entirely false and without factual basis. We acknowledge that there was never a charge of any sexual nature read to Joshua Francis in a court of law. Our research further reveals that the said case against Mr. Francis was dismissed several years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Francis has since sued the State of the Commonwealth of Dominica for breach of several constitutional rights.<\/p>\n<p>We acknowledge that our publication caused significant harm to the reputation and character of Joshua Francis both personally and professionally.
