One of 19 teams participating in this year’s government Public Service Games, The Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF), beat out various government departments to walk away the domino champions.<\/p>\n

According to a statement from the CDPF, after topping their zone with 3 wins and 1 loss, the police team \u2014 Special Constable Lenny Dangleben, Inspector Delvin Blanc, Sergeant Julien Francois, and Corporal Miguel George \u2014 continued their dominant run all the way to the finals.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn an exciting showdown, the police defeated the Fire Services with a final score of 1209 points to 987 points to claim the Domino Championship title,\u201d the statement said. \u201cIt should be noted that the Police were losing finalists in the previous competition, making this victory even more meaningful.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Public Service Games were organized to promote fun, teamwork, camaraderie, and healthy competition among public officers across the government.<\/p>\n
