The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of Arthur Bozel, male 47 years old of Goodwill, who resides in the United States of America and was on vacation in Dominica\u00a0during the Carnival season.<\/p>\n
According to the police report, the incident occurred on Sunday night (February 15 th, 2026) on Independence Street in Roseau.<\/p>\n
