Total membership of the National Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (NCCU) has increased from 53,448 \u00a0at the end of 2024 to 54,322 at the end of December 31, 2025, representing a net growth of 874 members or 1.63 percent.<\/p>\n

This is according to the Board of Directors report on the operations and performance for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, presented by the President of the Board of Directors of the NCCU, Clement Marcellin Jr.<\/p>\n

The report highlights the Society\u2019s key achievements, operational milestones, community engagement, and strategic direction, as it continues to strengthen its position as a leading financial institution both nationally and regionally.<\/p>\n

\"\"According to Marcellin, the year 2025 marked the ongoing execution of the 2024\u20132027 Strategic Plan, which he said provides a clear and structured roadmap guiding the collective efforts of the Board, Management, staff, and members.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Plan outlines a cohesive framework of strategic priorities focused on promoting sustainable growth, driving innovation, and enhancing the overall member experience. NCCU Ltd. remains firmly committed to these objectives as it continues to advance its mission and long-term vision,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Marcellin stated that the steady growth demonstrates the institution\u2019s ongoing relevance and its capacity to attract and retain members despite operating in an increasingly competitive financial environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He noted that as a result, the Society continues to strengthen its market presence and build a solid foundation for sustainable member-driven growth.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, he revealed that Member Share Capital also recorded strong growth, increasing from $7.5 million in December 2024 to $8.1 million in December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis represents an increase of $652,250, or 8.65 percent, and is a clear indication of the confidence members continue to place in the financial strength, stability, and governance of the Society,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Marcellin pointed out that the NCCU has achieved significant growth in its Loan Portfolio, increasing from $580 million at the close of 2024 to $614 million as of December 2025.<\/p>\n
