Despite a prolific run in the pageant industry Marcia Baptiste, representing Domnica, failed in a bid to grab a winning spot in the Jamzone International Pageant held in Guyana last night.<\/p>\n

The winners in the competition are:<\/p>\n

Miss Jamzone International – Miss Trinidad and Tobago- Davia Chambers
\n1st Runner Up- Miss Guyana – Jovan Wilson
\n2nd Runner Up- Miss Venezuela – Kenlly Aranguren
\n3rd Runner Up- Miss St. Kitts and Nevis – Fatisha Imo<\/p>\n

The event was held in two parts. The first leg of competition took place at the National Cultural Center on August 17th and delegates competed in the Evening Gown, Intelligence and Cultural Presentation segments.<\/p>\n

The final leg was be held last night at the Splashmins Fun Park where contestants were judged on National Costumes, Fantasy Beach Wear and the final questions.<\/p>\n

Baptiste, who described herself as an outspoken and determined person, has won multiple crowns including Miss Dominica, Miss Caribbean World and Miss Jaycee\u2019s Caribbean Queen 2010.<\/p>\n
