This took place at the graduation ceremony of the Open Campus of UWI, held at St. John\u2019s, Antigua on Saturday. Also receiving a similar honour was Dame Pearlette Louisy, Governor General of St. Lucia.<\/p>\n<p>Public Orator of the Open Campus, Dr. Francis Severin, in outlining Dr. Bully\u2019s contributions before the two thousand persons gathered at the ceremony, described him as one of Dominica\u2019s and the region\u2019s finest cultural icons.<\/p>\n<p>Another prominent Dominican receiving a degree that day was calypsonian, Gregory Brian Riviere, better known by his stage name \u2018Caresser\u2019, who received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences. Riviere was among 27 Dominican graduants from the Open Campus.
