You cannot go about dispensing your responsibilities by assumed power or responsibility. Every action is supposed to be done in accordance to the law,\u201d the PM expressed.<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cYou cannot compromise your position and your responsibility. With the increased capacity to gather intelligence, nothing is a secret in this world. And if you get yourself on the wrong side of the law, the intelligence community will know who you are, your name, your rank and where you live. And I am saying to you that you should not get yourselves involved in any illegal activities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Skerritt reaffirmed the Government\u2019s commitment to security and pledged its continued support to the police to provide the tools and personnel to properly secure the country.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Best Recruit PC Jeremy Leblanc of Vielle Case admits that he did not know what to expect, but his dedication and hard work brought him through the four months of intense physical, mental and academic training.<\/p>\n<p>Leblance said. \u201cAt first [I wanted to be a police officer] but as you grow up your goals get sidetracked a bit. I was into business in high school and from there I went to the UK to try for the British Army, but I changed my mind at the last moment and chose to came back to Dominica and when the opportunity presented itself, I decided to take it.
