All these hospitals need to be improved to a much higher standard that they are right now,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Skerrit also noted that government also wants more local professionals to be involved in the healthcare process.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot only and the medial level but also at the consultant level so that we can have more of the medical consultants coming from Dominica.
