ROSEAU, Dominica, CMC – The secretary general of the Organisation of American States (OAS), Jos\u00e9 Miguel Insulza, is expected to attend a gathering of Caribbean Community (CARICOM) leaders here this week.<\/p>\n

A release from the Washington-based OAS said Insulza is due in Dominica on Friday, for the second and last day of the Inter-sessional meeting of CARICOM heads of government. However, it did not state specifically what business he would be conducting.<\/p>\n
