After primary school my mom enrolled me into one of the Catholic all girls school. Around that age, that’s when most girls go though puberty. After some time I realised that I was slowly developing feelings towards girls and took a liking for them. I’ve been with a fair share of girls and boys and prefer to be in a relationship with a girl over any boy.<\/p>\n
Anyway I’m in 5th form now. The school and my folks found out and don’t approve of it. The counselor at the school labels me as a bad influence and is preventing my friends from associating with me. They want me to change and become someone that’s not me or else I can kiss graduation good bye.<\/p>\n
What should I do?<\/p>\n
Confused Teen<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Dear Confused Teen,<\/p>\n You probably developed feelings for girls because you are surrounded by girls who treat you the way you want to be treated.<\/p>\n However, can I suggest that as a student for the time being you direct your energy to your school work?<\/p>\n In other words I am encouraging you to check your priorities. Get yourself an education!<\/p>\n I am not saying that you should completely deny your feelings but they can be put on hold while you complete your education.<\/p>\n After you have made yourself a well educated young lady, you can start seriously thinking of the different options that are before you in terms of intimate relationships.<\/p>\n Bella<\/strong><\/p>\n Have a problem?
