\"\"Kenroy Paul, Wendel Laurencin and Eustace Henry, who have already been charged with possesion of 30,000 grams of cocaine, are now facing new charges from Customs Authorities.<\/p>\n

The three accused men are now charged for \u2018departing from the vicinity of the vessel on arrival at a place other than a notified place without the consent of the proper officer\u2019, and for \u2018being knowingly concerned in a fraudulent evasion of a restriction in force with respect to importation of 30,000 grams of cocaine\u2019.<\/p>\n

Laurencin and Henry have also been charged for failing to proceed to a designated customs controlled area upon disembarkation of the vessel while the charge against Paul is for causing the vessel to depart for a place outside of Dominica from a place in Dominica other than from a customs controlled area.<\/p>\n

He is also charged with failure to file a declaration with proper officers and for failure to report the arrival of his vessel to proper officers or police officers as master of the vessel.<\/p>\n

All three men pleaded guilty to the charges and were denied bail.<\/p>\n

They all had appeared before a Roseau magistrate a few weeks ago facing charges for possession of cocaine, possession with intent to supply the said drug and for importing cocaine into the Commonwealth of Dominica.<\/p>\n

The defendants are represented by attorney at law Wayne Norde.<\/p>\n
