A strong and dynamic mother who raised three children, including a special needs young adult, who occupy 75% of her time.<\/p>\n Whynant Prince representing Calibishie<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Whynant Prince was born in the beautiful Village of Calibishie on the Nature Island of Dominica. She is employed as a Supportive Housing Worker, whose focus is to provide housing and assistance to people living with HIV\/AIDS. A former student of St. Andrews High School. Ms. Prince continued studies at George Brown College where she completed the Community Worker and Autism\/Behavioral Science programs.\u00a0 She enjoys the outdoors and charity work and intends to work in Kenya and Tanzania. She is fascinated by Dominica’s unique cultural dance and is honored to represent her village in this pageant. Whynant is passionate about life and maintains a positive outlook on her short journey as she continues to give thanks to the almighty.<\/p>\n Janice Jno Lewis representing Soufriere<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Janice Jno Lewis was born on Nature Island of the World, Dominica October, 15 under the Libra sign. Her 5\u2019 10″ commanding stature yet humble aura is an instant attraction whenever she enters a room. Ms. Jno Lewis is the epitome of compassion. Janice is a humanitarian who offers a supportive hand to her fellow man. Her beauty flows deeper than the colour of her chocolate skin. For Janice taking part in this pageant is an opportunity to display her self confidence, her femininity and pride in her homeland.\u00a0 Her future goal is to be the proprietor of a fashion boutique.<\/p>\n Jean Janice Williams representing Roseau<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Jeanne Janice Williams, a.k.a. Singing Janice was born in Dominica.\u00a0 She is a graduate of Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Ms. Williams is a Banker who provides a range of financial services to Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) existing and potential clients. Her hobbies and interests include a love for playing squash and tennis. Janice has a strong interest in international politics and people development.\u00a0 She is entering this competition because it satisfies her passion for the performing arts and she loves to compete which started years ago in her Native Dominica in the local Calypso competition where she was crowned Calypso Queen.\u00a0 If successful, Janice plans to use this opportunity to be Dominica\u2019s Ambassador to the highest level.<\/p>\n Revelyn Robin St. John<\/strong> representing Wesley<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Revelyn Robin St. John was born in the Village of Wesley, Dominica. She migrated to Toronto, Canada and is the mother of two daughters. Educated at the Wesley Primary School, St. Andrews High School, Toronto Hairstyling School and Toronto Durham Business College. She is a Certified Joint and Safety Inspector who is employed as a Personal Support Worker at Leisure World. Ms. Robin St. believes that her participation in this cultural extravaganza will help promote Dominican\u2019s rich culture in this multicultural mosaic of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).\u00a0 Revelyn is actively involved in the Wesley community both in Dominica and Toronto. She was the lead organizer of Wesley \u201cWest Fest 2008\u201d. Presently she is a member and Co Public Relations Officer of \u201cWesley Toronto Community\u201d group.<\/p>\n Keon Love representing Cochrane<\/strong><\/p>\n Keon Love’s mother is from the Village of Cochrane, Dominica. She is a singer, Holistic Nutritionist & Community Activist. She has five years experience performing on stage with the underground Toronto music scene.\u00a0 Ms. Love was recently being featured on a National TV station, Much Vibe.\u00a0 Her recent single video release entitled Relax is currently receiving radio play & excellent feedback.\u00a0 A regular featured artist in various hip-hop and R&B stage shows and can be seen live in & around the Toronto area.\u00a0\u00a0 Her goal is to travel the world sharing and spreading love & life experiences through her music.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keon recently took on a new venture as an entrepreneur and is the owner of a herbal business to assist individuals with healing and to detox their body naturally.\u00a0 Keon started a Peace Movement called \u201cMovement On.”\u00a0 She plans to never give up in striving for positive change.<\/p>\n Ellena Bowers representing Penville<\/strong><\/p>\n Ellena Bowers attended High school in Dominica then continued her education in Barbados where she majored in Culinary Arts and Hospitality.
