{"id":7286,"date":"2010-04-05T22:24:47","date_gmt":"2010-04-06T04:24:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dominicanewsonline.com\/?p=7286"},"modified":"2010-04-05T22:24:47","modified_gmt":"2010-04-06T04:24:47","slug":"ndfd-boss-advises-to-raise-professionalism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dominicanewsonline.com\/news\/homepage\/news\/educationyouth\/ndfd-boss-advises-to-raise-professionalism\/","title":{"rendered":"NDFD boss advises to raise professionalism"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Executive Director of the National Development Foundation of Dominica(NDFD) Ronald Knight has said that the \u00a0level of professionalism and efficiency here must be elevated, if Dominica is to compete in the new era of globalization and the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME).<\/p>\n<p>Knight believes education is a fundamental factor to battling inefficiency and non professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe should realize that we are not operating in a Dominican vacuum anymore and if we are to run with the big dogs and to be taken seriously, we need to continue educating ourselves,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne should not be satisfied with the stage that they\u2019re at.
