Shane Degallerie being led out of court<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Two years after he was arrested and charged for murder, Shane Degallerie will have to wait a while longer for the commencement of his trial.<\/p>\n

He was charged with the murder of 18-year-old Justin Joseph who died from a single stab wound allegedly afflicted by Degallerie in April 2010.<\/p>\n

When the matter came up for hearing on Wednesday, Justice Bernie Stephenson informed lawyers that she had decided to use this week for \u201ccase management with lawyers\u201d of \u201call matters down to be heard in October.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a result, she adjourned court to Monday October 1, 2012 and Degallerie’s matter will be the first to be heard.<\/p>\n

The High Court had granted the accused bail in the sum of $30,000.<\/p>\n

Degallerie is represented by Zena Moore Dyer and Gina Dyer Munro of the law firm of Dyer & Dyer.<\/p>\n

The matter surfaced in the September 2011 and January 2012 criminal assizes but was never able to get off the ground.<\/p>\n
