My brain\u2019s in fuzz,<\/p>\n
I can\u2019t hear the buzz<\/p>\n
Of all the trees;<\/p>\n
But I feel the breeze.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s like everything ceases<\/p>\n
To exist; quiet as a cemetery,<\/p>\n
Let me take this opportunity<\/p>\n
To stand up to society;<\/p>\n
But no one answers back,<\/p>\n
So I\u2019ll run this track.<\/p>\n
You better watch your back,<\/p>\n

That\u2019s how I get down,<\/p>\n
Slide, glide, drive around<\/p>\n
This city,<\/p>\n
It \u2018aint\u2019 pretty,<\/p>\n

The faces which float pass<\/p>\n
Under that hidden mask,<\/p>\n
Filled with scars from the past.<\/p>\n
No one sees me;<\/p>\n
Frees me; it beats me;<\/p>\n
So, please be<\/p>\n
More understanding<\/p>\n
And comprehending,<\/p>\n
When dreams are mending<\/p>\n
Each other.<\/p>\n
They don\u2019t even bother<\/p>\n
To stutter,<\/p>\n
When friends in battle fall.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s like all<\/p>\n
Voices stall.<\/p>\n

Victims from the ground,<\/p>\n
Their screams echoing all around;<\/p>\n
Yet no one sees the tears,<\/p>\n
Hears the fears,<\/p>\n
Feels the pain of their peers,<\/p>\n
As more of their friends die.<\/p>\n
Families cry,<\/p>\n
Citizens fly,<\/p>\n
Away from this country,<\/p>\n
To another county,<\/p>\n
Where there is plenty.<\/p>\n
And we are left with<\/p>\n
A death wish;<\/p>\n
An empty dish<\/p>\n
Of creativity,<\/p>\n
And society<\/p>\n
No longer cares about the nativity.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s not my imagination;<\/p>\n
Its discrimination;<\/p>\n
Look at the condition<\/p>\n
Of houses,<\/p>\n
Buses,<\/p>\n
And Spouses,<\/p>\n
Is this what we want?<\/p>\n
A flashy store front,<\/p>\n
While bosses pull stunts<\/p>\n
On humanity. Despise them,<\/p>\n
Abuse them,<\/p>\n
And use them<\/p>\n
To do evil, give hugs,<\/p>\n
Then sell drugs.<\/p>\n
Should I blog<\/p>\n
About the corruption<\/p>\n
In this nation,<\/p>\n
Or the condition<\/p>\n
Of our schools?<\/p>\n
No rules,<\/p>\n
Kids choose<\/p>\n
To neglect education;<\/p>\n
No motivation,<\/p>\n
To better their situation.<\/p>\n
But run<\/p>\n
To pick up guns<\/p>\n
With tons<\/p>\n
Of ammunition, no respect.<\/p>\n
Then they choose to neglect<\/p>\n
The opposite sex,<\/p>\n
And gravitate<\/p>\n
To humiliate<\/p>\n
And degenerate<\/p>\n
To the unthinkable,<\/p>\n
Making grossness plausible.<\/p>\n
You\u2019d think such was impossible.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t understand;<\/p>\n
What\u2019s going on in this land?<\/p>\n
Not a man to stand<\/p>\n
Up for morality;<\/p>\n
We praise individuality,<\/p>\n
And embrace animosity.<\/p>\n
This can\u2019t be real.<\/p>\n
What\u2019s the deal?<\/p>\n
I can\u2019t digest this meal.<\/p>\n
