While visiting there I heard rumors that cruise ships would load up in Dominica and sell their load to Martinique.<\/p>\n

What a valuable resource you have. I live in a rainforest in Alaska, and we are too far away from the states in need in the US, to sell our water yet.\u00a0 A pipeline has been discussed.<\/p>\n

So with regards to your poll, I say yes export it, and charge for it.<\/p>\n
