\u201cI am not going to sit silent and allow unnecessary advantage to be taken of you,” he said while addressing DLP supporters at a mass rally earlier this week. \u00a0He told the large gathering “I met with the directors\u00a0 of National Bank of Dominica and told them of how frustrated and annoyed I am with the pedestrian pace at which they are moving to effect systems to help business owners in this country.”<\/p>\n
The Prime Minister said he offered the NBD $10 million three years ago to assist small businesses in Dominica but said, \u201cnot one dollar has made its way to the small business\u201d.<\/p>\n
