According to the facts of the matter as presented in the court by state attorney from the DPP\u2019s office, Clement Joseph, on April 2, 2011 the Virtual Complainant (VC) was awakened by the presence of someone standing in her bedroom.<\/p>\n
The VC thought the person was her daughter and she called out to her, but got no response.<\/p>\n
She finally recognized Lestrade and when she questioned him on his presence in her bedroom, he replied, “I want sex.”<\/p>\n
Then without warning he attacked the VC and a struggle ensued.<\/p>\n
During the struggle Lestrade was offered money but he only insisted, “I want sex.”<\/p>\n
He then pulled down his pants and attempted to have sex with the VC.<\/p>\n
The VC called out to her daughter, who rushed to the room, and the two were able to fight off Lestrade.<\/p>\n
They then ran to her mother’s home, a short distance away, and called the police.<\/p>\n
